The National Working Group for Sexually Exploited Children and Young People has recently received funding from Children in Need to undertake a participatory photography project with small groups of young people at risk of, or affected by sexual exploitation from 6 projects across England. The project is run in partnership with the charity Photovoice and supported by a steering group of practitioners (See http://www.photovoice.org for more info of their work).
We are currently interested in hearing from any project who may be interested in working on this project. There’s a brief summary about the project below and I have attached more detailed information on the attached file. As we are hoping to start this project in the new year there’s a very tight timescale and so we need to hear from those who may be interested in taking part before 30th October (email camille.warrington@beds.ac.uk or call 01582 743026).
